Babar Awan, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on parliamentary affairs has met senior minister Punjab Alim Khan and exchanged views on prevailing situation of the country particularly political scenario of Punjab.
The budget presented by Punjab government was also reviewed in the meeting.
Babar Awan said Punjab government presented people friendly budget despite difficult situation. The historical budget with special focus on education and health reflects government priorities.
He said nation wants Prime Minister Imran Khan vision of change is translated into reality. Federal government is also persistently working hard to bring betterment in economic policies. International institutions are declaring Pakistan attractive country for investment. The economy will shape into better form soon after corona situation is over, he added.
Aleem Khan said budget session and the methodology for house proceedings were the best in the prevailing situation.
